My Fiancé and me started our K1 Visa process in July, so we´re hoping to get the NO2 somewhen in October. I have booked a flight for the 28th September and wanna stay in the US for 2 weeks and then go home again. Does anyone has experience with travelling to the US when you´re applying for a K1 Visa?

I thought I can bring statments form my bank that I get paid for the job I´m doing and a signed letter from my boss that they expect me back after these two weeks.

Thank you for your help!

I wanna visit my Fiance in the US while our K1 Visa is pending. I already read much about it what all I should bring with me to the POE that they will believe me more that I will leave again after two weeks. I am working here in Germany and wanna bring a letter of my work that shows that they expect me back after two weeks but I can´t find a sample letter that my boss could write.

Can someone help me how that letter should look?

Thank you!

Highly unlikely anyone at the POE will be able to read German.
