I’ve been getting different answers from different sources too. I think the SC on the bottom of the message response is the correct one. I also asked Emma and I was told my case was at Potomac. This was after I got a reply to my message in my online account that showed my case was at Texas. I called USCIS again and the representative told me that she is seeing that my case is at Texas. Did you try calling USCIS?

I called them two days back and they told me your case is at Nebraska . Should I call again?

Good afternoon, everybody.

I just sent a message to that online chat with Emma and found out that my case has been transferred to California. I received no updates, messages or email, the only thing that happened was that my date changed from our receipt date to February 23rd.

I am very worried because the person on the online chat told me the estimated time to have an answer is 54 months.

NOA1 was September 4th 2019 at Nebraska Service Center.

IOE case.

It’s very confusing. I understand how you feel. I don’t know why each source gives a different answer. So your original SC was Texas and they told you when you called that your case was transferred to Nebraska? And then in the message reply it is showing California?

Here is my update. Today I got answer on my query. My case is transferred from Texas to Vermont service centre. Their processing time is 16-20 months. I don’t know what to say.

Same thing happened to my case. I don’t know if it is good or bad. Based on one thread about Vermont, people who’s cases were transferred there got them approved after a month. However 15-20 months scares the out of me

Our NOA1 came from Potomac.

They haven't replied to the inbox message, but we spoke with Emma and we got this:

vermontwhat.JPG.fdbbeca1785ba05e2d12817aae839c45.JPG

So on the USCIS Emma live chat we've got Vermont.

We'll see what the inbox reply says.

On the USCIS account site, our application got updated last on Feb. 28, 2020.
