Sure! It’s the passport photos. Maybe the first ones sent didn’t meet the size req or smthn.

I have a feeling my RFE is for passport photos also. I did the New Zealand format for the date stupidly and I noticed mine is slightly larger than my fiancé’s. Easy fix tho :)

Super agree with you!  Does not make sense.  Now wait until you are 6 months old.  If you get to NOA2 before then great but otherwise just enjoy it while not coming.

Here is what is needed for the UAE.

Don't do anything in advance until the case is ready at embassy and the embassy sends you an email to the petitioner to follow these steps for Scheduling interview, Medical exam, police clearance etc.  Usually takes about 2 months to receive.

P3 Letter

You should go to your sub-forum website here http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/97-middle-east-and-north-africa/ and here is a recent thread for some who are processing a K-1 and their recent experience (see below).

Also, more info here from your portal http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=United

A wealth of information on this thread

If you find anything not up to date or the information is wrong, please share your findings. Please compare the date of the P3 of mine with the date from your copy, once you receive yours from your embassy. Keep in mind that I try and be factual with my information, but I can't do it on my own and that's where you come in and can give back to the community those who come behind you. Without others ahead of you I would not be able to provide this to you.  I can only share factual information if folks like you continue to be my eyes and ears for your embassy. I wish you much success in your visa journey.

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

I will 1000% give you updated info on each step. From what I’ve seen , pack 3 is taking 2-3 weeks to get. My question is for the financial supporting info, it says all original copies. My salary letter is in an email from my company. My paystubs are online only to print. The tax form I can use for 2019 correct since I will file taxes next month and it’s my true income from me salary letter (I had my first entire year with the company). And also. The bank statements. My ex still has his pay direct deposited into the account since he’s too lazy to open his own. His Name is on the acct. should I hurry and open my own with my direct deposit ? Thank you so much.

Not to create confusion and a lot of questions at the interview, I'd get a new account and let the bum have his own. Copies are fine. Scan and email and print them out on the beneficiary's side.

Can you update your profile please.

Hey everyone. Just a heads up. Putting your days up every other day is bet much. If we need to know how long it's been since you last hit a milestone we have your timeline that will tell us. This kind of activity just clutters the thread. Thanks for your understanding.

Such a relief, right? 😁 It's a bit more waiting time for your NVC case number, so you can already start gathering requirements for your fiance's interview. Mostly financial stuff from you.
