Hello everyone.  Submitted N-400 under the 3 year marriage rule. Filed online on 9/1/19. Still waiting for a confirmation email from USCIS. Anyone receive confirmation emails yet?

Hi everyone - my i751 will not be approved Feb 2020, but I am just coming up to 90 days before my 3 years of Green-card (based on marriage) so I am starting to put my application together.

All seems pretty straight forward... apart from one missing tax return (I guess I can get a copy from the IRS?)

 

And the one question I am finding a little odd is to list all my trips outside the USA in the past 5 years.

I didn't move here until 2016 and in 2014/15 I was on a round the world trip.
Do I need to detail every country visited during that period? It predates my arrival into the USA.

Ok so I will be submitting my application this weekend. I'm trying to gather all the paperwork required.

 

My question is, can i start my application online and submit it only when i am eligible? or i am supposed to start the application only when i am eligible?

One more question:

 

for no.of trips outside USA in the past 5 years. I've been in USA for 3 yrs( applying for 3 yrs marriage). so do i need to mention only trips during these 3 years or i need to mention trips i made even before marriage?

Hi @Goldfish123. Foryour first question,the system will only allow you to enter your information when you are eligible to apply. And one of the eligibility requirement is to meet the 90 days window for your 3rd year anniversary as PR. I have noticed that the system is delayed by 2 days for the 90 days windows. For example, my 90 days window is today September 9, but I have to wait until sept 11 to apply online cause the system as of today allows people who are PR before December 7, 2014 or between Dec 7, 2014 and Dec 7, 2016. I became PR on Dec 9, 2016, so can apply online from Sept 11. Try to answer the questions on eligibility and see whats gonna happened. I advised you to wait few days after your window date. For your 2nd question, I think you should enter your trips outside of the USA for the past 3 years since thats when you moved here.
