Hi everyone - my i751 will not be approved Feb 2020, but I am just coming up to 90 days before my 3 years of Green-card (based on marriage) so I am starting to put my application together.

All seems pretty straight forward... apart from one missing tax return (I guess I can get a copy from the IRS?)

And the one question I am finding a little odd is to list all my trips outside the USA in the past 5 years.

I didn't move here until 2016 and in 2014/15 I was on a round the world trip.
Do I need to detail every country visited during that period? It predates my arrival into the USA.

Many thanks and good luck to all of you!

I could be wrong but you might want to include only the trips you took after you became a PR.  I think it is irrelevant how long you were out of the US before you became PR.

I am eligible to apply for N400 since last December but I didn’t do it until yesterday (Sep 10th) I just submitted online.

It said estimate completion is Jan 2020 which only 4 months. It is faster than I expected. Are they usually right on the estimated time?

How do you know when you need to apply?

If I need to apply 90 days before my date on 1st GC wich is March 30 so that means I have to send my papers on December 30th right day before New Year??

There is no Guide for the beginners how to start all this?

I am getting so confused and having anxiety already :( :(   :(

01/14/2020 - filed N400 Miami FL

01/18/2020 - NOA Biometric scheduled

02/05/2020 - Biometrics done

03/13/2020 - Interview scheduled - canceled due Covid19

08/19/2020 - Interview

08/27/2020 - OATH Ceremony MIAMI FL

Giovanna024 use the above link and enter when your 3 year permanent residency anniversary and it will show you when you can apply. If your green card was issued on March 30 2017 then yes, you are eligible as of December 31st 2019

Hope this helps! Good Luck!
