U S citizenship parent have children with b1/b2

I am a parent of 2 little children 2 and 6 years old 

I have my citizenship through birth now I reside back in USA but my children have only b1/b2 visa how I can give them the green card or transfer the citizenship 

please help I will try to do it in my own

Transferring the citizenship depends on your eligibility.

If you are not eligible to transfer your citizenship, you have to petition for them.

Apply for I-130.

I'm assuming you weren't in the US long enough before their birth to transmit citizenship.

If I petition do I only apply for a visa adjustment or a visa adjustment along with i130 

or i130 only ??? 

I need them to be here not go back and not lose their visa status

If they are already here, file i130/i485/EAD/AP everything, separate for each child.

What is EAD/AP

EAD (i-765) is for work permit, not for them to work (that would be child abuse) but at least you can get their SSNs using EADs.

AP (i-131) is for advance parole in case they need to come back after traveling overseas while GC is pending.

Both are free to file with i485.

You pay both fees for both of them.

Was only born here then came back past two months

File and pay the fees for the I-130, I-485, and I-864w.

In addition, file the I-751 and I-131 for free.  

 

Once your kids get their green cards, they will automatically become US citizens.  Then, you file for their US passports.
