I-751 August 2019 Filers

22 posts in this topic

I guess I'll start.

Well, I used to be a July filer ( sent package a week ago) but due to my mistake to not put enough postage on it) USPS will return the packet to me and we have to send it out again.

Luckily we have a second packet on hand so we'll send it out by the end of the week. With enough postage. 😂

Good luck to all of you! :)

ROC Timeline
07/22/19: sent I-751 package to USCIS office in Dallas, TX
07/24/19: still in transit to the next facility; preparing a second packet to send off by July 31st
07/25/19: in transit to the next facility -> God help me. I need wine.
08/02/19: sent out second package to USCIS office in Dallas, TX
08/05/19: package picked up by someone from USCIS

Good idea, it's what I used, but from some of the posts recently, 70lbs might not be enough from the amount of evidence some people want to send, I have seen some posts where a freight quote may be in order. Old Dominion, or Saia is the way to go for freight. LOL.

70lbs worth of evidence is crazy.

My packet weights less than 0.5 lbs and we have all the evidence that we collected over the past 2 years.

Hello friends!! Apparently there are two aug 2019 threads. I'm replying here but maybe they'll get merged eventually.

I digress!!

My husband was able to apply at the end of July but we've been slow and meticulous with our packet so hoping to mail it within the week.

Nice to meet everyone!

Removal of Conditions

Yeah we got RFEs before so hoping that reading the fine print and being really detail-oriented will play out in our favor.
