You won't get there any earlier to see the birth.  It isn't medically necessary.

You can always ask and provide documentation as why you need an expedite.

No.  Pregnancy is not a reason to expedite.

Her doctor has mentioned that my baby has cyst on stomach, and second thing that my wife condition so its according her doctor that i am suppose to be with her  ..,

Sorry to hear. That decision will be made by USCIS, but you can definitely submit detailed medical documentation to try for an expedite.

Are you going to be a living donor for the baby? That’s the only reason I can think of where it would be medically necessary for you to be there at the birth.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

A cyst is not something that would require tissue donation.

It is going to be a very hard case to expedite since you are a Pakistani male.

Get everything you can to support your request.

Yes she is on her 6th month of pregnancy and for sure I want to be by her side at my baby birth time ,

Everyone wants that.  It will be an uphill battle to convince the USCIS/DOS of that, particularly since security checks in Pakistan cannot be expedited.

Is your case currently at the embassy in Islamabad?
