Hi guys we received this letter from our congressman what does it mean exactly last line pending before ?? Are they already inquired and waiting for response from US embassy ?

This letter is intended to acknowledge and thank you for your recent visit to my District Office. I am in receipt of your signed Privacy Release Form requesting assistance with finding the status of case # xxxxxxxxxxxxx pending before the United States Consulate in Casa Blanca, Morocco, under the jurisdiction of the Department of State (DOS).

I will be in contact with you upon receipt of a response.

It just means the congressman received your privacy release form and your request for them to inquire with the consulate in Morocco about your case. He/they will contact you once they receive an answer from the consulate regarding your case.

Pretty generic statement. They can only 'nudge' the embassy anyhow, they can't influence or persuade the embassy to do anything.

Means he has permission of the USC to see what immigration correspondence has sent you

only that and no more

at least embassy will reply to their inquiry so we can know the status of our case, because they do not reply to our emails....

Nm means nevermind.  I was going to move the thread and realized it was already in the appropriate location.

Immigrattion is not under the control of our government as it does not work under a federal budget but is funded by our fees

Congress is suppose to write the laws for immigration but as you can see they don't have any idea what to do so they are letting Trump run wild
