1 car registration under us spouse name

3 joint bank accounts(2 checking and 1 savings)

bank statements for all the bank accounts since they have been opened

1 release of information form from the hospital for me and my wife  (a form stating that the hospital can release my wife's medical information for me and vice versa)

1 joint lease and history of payment for the one and only apartment we rented since 2017

Drivers licenses showing same addresses

daycare and school papers showing me as a the emergency contact for my step kids

pictures together and with family and the kids

pictures of some trips and camping trips we took

utility bills (some under both names and some under us citizen name but showing our address)

some  random mail for both of us showing same address

While there’s no harm in including everything (my filing was something like 477 pages), they are most concerned with financial stuff - which you seem to have a really good amount of :)

OP, I think you're pretty set there.  It shows you live together and commingle finances with some real, serious evidence.  Take a deep breath and congratulate yourself for being so organized.

I don’t have any of these, do i have to make an explanation why?! Also I’m only a month away from submitting ROC wouldn’t it be suspicious to get these evidence only right before applying?!

We did.  We didn’t always have joint car insurance bc my husband had charges and I had no US driving record so we couldn’t find a company that would put us on the same plan for a reasonable cost,

so we explained that.  They know everyone’s circumstance is different, but I think it goes a long way to acknowledge anything that’s missing :)

Okay thank you so much, but is your ROC application still pending?! If yes, how long has it been?!

We submitted our wills, DPOAs, Living wills in our response to an RFE. The RFE said that they wanted more marriage bonafides. In our initial 6 pounds of paper ROC submission we included what we thought was plenty of data. We sent in comprehensive quarterly bank statements, stock account statements, etc. Nope, they wanted every blasted month. So to comply we sent in everything 'cept the kitchen sink. Our response to the RFE was almost 4  pounds. That must have done it. We were approved.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Yeah, I started reading that people were getting rfe’s for every single statement, so I erred with caution and sent each statement.  Like, do they really look at them that in-depth?  All that comes out of

our account is bill payments, how boring is that?  Such a frustrating process.

Could you please share the text of the RFE you received? I'm particularly interested in the part that requests account statements for every month. Xie xie!
