Hey guys. We got our letter (by email) from  Bosnia and Herzegovina consulate with instructions what to do next. I’ve filled DS-160 form, but now I can’t get my interview date, it says that they don't have any dates for interviews. Should I do medical, or what to do now?

The visa expiration is tied to the date of the medical (6 mos.) If your interview is quite a bit in the future you will limit the time available to use the Visa

Wait till you have an interview date and schedule it as well as your medical exam. To give yourself enough time between medical and interview it's suggested you allow 5-10 business days so as not to waste the validity time. Refer to @payxibka explanation.

Green Card Approved July 11, 2014 Approved, no interview. Went to card production.

Green Card received July 17, 2014 GC received without interview

Removal of Conditions

Mailed I-751 Dec 16, 2015 Submitted ROC (removal of conditions)

Received Dec 18, 2015 USPS notification of successful delivery

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

NOA-1 Issued Dec 26, 2015 NOA-1 Received

Biometrics Appt. Jan 29, 2016 Biometrics Appointment Scheduled [Completed]

Recent example.  Medical in December.   Visa issued in May.  The k1 had less than a month of validity on the Visa when issued because of when the medical was done

Hi.   Be patient.  Schedule your medical after you know you have an interview date.  Medical cannot be too old.  Best wishes.

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

Good luck; seems like scheduling the medical and the appointment worked out well. Sometimes all it takes is to check for new appointment dates a few times per day. It is limited how often you can reload the page; I think like 10 times or so. 
Also, for future post, please try to give your Question a more precise title. It is assumed that almost all of the posts here are questions ;)
