What do i need to change field office and besides the tax returns.

I dont think you can do that. If that was possible everyone would be going for the faster offices..

You would have to move and be living in new place 3 months before filing.

OP already filed ("I have a pending N400"). They can move anytime afterwards, but have to update their case so it is transferred appropriately.
