My case I-751 has been at “ready to be schedule for an interview” since October 2019. I called USCIS yesterday, the rep/officer I spoke to said my case is outside the processing window. Advised I should call today and request to speak to a tier 2 officer, which I did.
The tier 2 officer said my case is still in the window and I should keep waiting.
Anyone else been waiting this long?

Yeah waiting since April 2019. I was able to get a 551 stamp on my passport today for a year after my I-751 extension letter expired last week. I got this done at local office.

I filed I-751 April 2019 and the NOA was issued 28th April 2019. I did my biometrics in May 2019 but the MY USCIS account did not show after "The case was received..." I applied for N 400 in March 2020 and last week received the email that the interview for N 400 was scheduled.

I called USCIS wanting to know the status of my I-751 and was told that the agent sees that the case was received and nothing else. She said that the case is active. I then mentioned about N 400 interview and she said "Yes I see the interview has been scheduled for Sep 23 2020 for N400". I then proceeded to ask if there are any chances that the I-751 interview could happen at the same time. Then she says " yes the I-751 interview has been scheduled too - same day same time same place"!

I don't know why she did not tell me that in the first place when i asked for the status update on my I-751!

Well, I applied for my daughter as my dependent and she received her own Receipt# and hasn't even received a bio-metric appointment. And USCIS jus quotes rules to me.

That is that on my MSC#. Fingers crossed.

Good news!  So you did not had to do biometrics for the N400?

I-130 (for parents of US Citizens):

8/19/2022: NOA (IOE0917XXXXXX); Texas Service Center

7/22/2023: Both (parents) petitions approved

7/27/2023: Both cases sent to NVC

8/8/2023: Received NVC welcome email for both parents

I received an email regarding the bio metrics from I-751 being reused - just before the interview was scheduled. So I did not have to go for bio metric for N400.

Hello again,

It was at TSC, May 2019 filers. I seem to remember during the lockdown the NBC was approving after transfer but I'm not sure that is the case any longer.

Not necessary, even after your extension letter expires....unless you want evidence of your status for travel, work, etc.
