My case initially was filled at CSC aug 18. After 14 months got Rfe.

Responded, once they recieved it, 3 weeks later, i got notice case transfered and new office has Jurisdiction. I expected notice to say they transfered it for the interview, but it says to "speed up" process. Is this nonsense generic letter, where they don't care to tell me what is really going on or there is possibility i wont have interview.

I noticed that everyone at csc 3 weeks after submitting rfe gets approved meanwhile after 3 weeks later i get transfered? So im assuming letter is just generic nonsense?!

Case received 1/15/20, NOA dated 1/17/20, MSC receipt number. It sounds like a lot of MSC cases require interview? If so I believe my local office would be Centennial, CO since I'm in Denver.

13-Mar-18 - POE

27-Apr-18 - Green card received

13-Jan-20 - Mailed out I-751 packet

15-Jan-20 - NOA date

12-Feb-20 - Biometrics appt completed; Status: Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken

07-Oct-20 - Case ready to be scheduled for interview

06-Jul-21 - Interview scheduled

Going for my interview now.  Its one with two waivers and although I was never nervous about the truth - I have had a massive possibly terminal health issue come up suddenly in less than a week and don't have the photographs they requested for. Hoping they understand and allow for it to be sent in a day or two.  Hope my waivers get accepted, I have kids.

Had my interview was a complete breeze.  They understand I believe my truth that I love him and he was extremely abusive but not an abuser.  We are allowed to speak out truth.  I didn't use a lawyer.  my case was approved, I still don/t know it abuse waiver was accepted or divorce waiver.

The lady doing the interview was Amazing and I have got messages that my card and my kids card is in the mail.  Unfortunately I have been in hospital since and didn't pick it up yet.

Any abuser waivers can feel free to write to me and I will reply if I can and am still around (possibly terminal - fighter in me not letting that be true) :D

What was the RFE for? Did you do a divorce waiver?

Quick update on our case. We sent a congressional inquiry a few weeks ago to see if the congresswoman's immigration worker would be able to get a straight answer from USCIS regarding interview processing times in Atlanta, besides "they're backlogged". The congresswoman's worker got back to us and explained our case is still at NBC. He said the Atlanta field office requested the case to be sent to them, but there is no timeline regarding how long it'll take the case to actually arrived. He said that once it arrives at the field office,  they will start the process for scheduling the interview. Hes not sure how long it will take the case to reach the field office, but will reach back out to NBC tomorrow to try and get an update .And here I thought the case was already in the field office just waiting in line 😆

Ah well, T-minus 5 days until we apply for Citizenship! 🙌

Awesome! I filed at the end of December/beginning of January and will be going for biometrics next week.

It seems St Louis isn't a super busy local office so hopefully you'll be hearing some news in the next couple of months! Keep me posted!
