We’ve sent our i130 kast march 28 via UPS, until now no email or text yet for NOA1. Where could I call or email to inquire on this matter? Thank you.

It takes them up to 30 days to mail out the NOA1. Have they cashed the check or charged the credit card?

They said last (kast?) March. Unless they actually meant last month.

 

nvm I see their timeline does say 3/28/19/ OP it's not unusual that you haven't recd NOA1 yet. Give it a little more time

Usually its 4-7days for NOA1 right? My husband sent money order

I sent in my I-130 the exact same day as you! I haven't received an NOA1 yet either, but do have a charge for the fee on my credit card from yesterday.

I sent mine on the 26th of February 2019, we only got text notification. No NOA 1 in our mail till now.

 

We had to call Uscis to get the receipt number and realised, our service center was in Texas. 

I think there is a problem in sending out mails from Uscis now.

 

We are still waiting.

We already got the mail, our priority date is March 28 and NOA1 April2. But no email and no text message. We got Texas service center too. you will get yours soon. anyway u got a text and receipt number so ur good, just call them about the mail. 

 

Our waiting period starts now. Fingers crossed it will be sooner

We sent our I-130 on March 27th and received NOA1 by text message on April 5th. 

There is also specific discussion for all March 2019 filers, you should join!
