Is it possible to change embassy for interview during the process?
After DS 160 done ?

Because the embassy in paris is WAY TOO LAME and I didn't know about that before. I leave 2 hours away from Brussels and London and Paris, so I could definetly take another one.

Paris now offers next interviews not until end of August... great France... well-known to be awful with administration

Is it possible to change embassy for interview during the process?  Yes you can change Embassy's BUT you have to have been a resident for at least a minimum  of 6 months to qualify. This is a US Embassy regulation not a France.
After DS 160 done ? DS-160 has nothing to do with any one particular embassy except that you will need a confirmation to supply to the CO that you interview with and you could supply that to any embassy and they would bring it up and tie it to your case file.

Because the embassy in Paris is WAY TOO LAME and I didn't know about that before. I leave 2 hours away from Brussels and London and Paris, so I could definitely take another one. Of course you probably could travel to one of those embassies that you mentioned but they won't take you if you are not a resident of that country.

Paris now offers next interviews not until end of August... great France... well-known to be awful with administration Sorry but it isn't a Paris or France issue, it's a US Embassy located in Paris France.

There you have it.

Look at it this way...your case is moving way faster than you anticipated when you first initially filed the petition isn't it? You got your NOA2 in a little over 3 months rather than the estimated 5.5 to 7 months, not to mention the fact that you got your case # assigned 4/26 which makes it too late to ship at the end of April. My guess is it will go out with the shipment next week. This is a waiting game and takes a huge amount of patience, nobody said it would be easy. Do you have all of your documents together for when you get your P3, if not take this time to do so that way when you get the "ready" from your embassy you can send them what they request. Chin up, you are almost on the home stretch and the really long wait is behind you. Don't forget that most of us following this thread are in the same boat as you. As a wise man once told me, "don't overthink this process."

Another case of damn if they do it fast and damn if the don't do it fast. USCIS just can't win!

I left for a week, once I saw my case hadn't been added to the shipment may 1st and 2nd and still had to wait for next week shipments. It is unbelievable they have so many cases to deal with but they end up shipping twice a month! It's so bad

Your expectations are set to high. Lower them and you lower your stress.

Just had too much hope in people's efficacy after seeing USCIS had been more efficient lately haha

They are efficient but not to your definition (expectation). See a pattern here?

Yeah we can all have a definition of efficient but offering 2 mornings of interviews a month isn't enough efficient since we have to wait about 4 months to book and interview... compared to other embassies it's pretty lame

I have no idea what this means.
I think I just need to find people to complain a little about our uneffective system because I am tried of having to live alone for 4 years and a half officially next week. Sometimes it's just too hard. But seems I can't find other people to complain.

I keep talking to people who are before me and keep updated with another girl. They sent me screenshot of dates so I knew it's 2 mornings a month on wednesday and last week the first spot available was july 24th spot
