Attended and passed test yesterday Dec 2 in Orlando USCIS office

Naturalization Ceremonies scheduled for Dec 3 at 12:30 pm

That was an interesting journey of almost 5 years

Congratulations! Now you can breathe!

Our K1 journey started in July 2014 and I'm so ready to be done with feeling like we keep going into pending mode for the next set of paperwork.

Was your timeline reasonably accurate according to the prediction? We're also Orlando office (filed at end of June so a few months behind you).  I've had the hardest time finding anyone else on here who's got Orlando as the local office!

First estimate was for February 2020 and then it have changed to December 2019. So overall better than expected

Not sure how busy are other USCIS offices but there were 86 other people from 26 countries at Naturalization Ceremony

Oh, what a day, what a lovely day!

I applied on 3yrs rule in April 26th 2019 for N400 and had biometrics 16th may. My 10yrs GC got approved September 2019 after waiting almost 18months ( dating back April 2018 no interview was needed) . I got notice for N400 interview November 4th and got the letter soon after ( interview date Dec 10 2019). This morning I got a call from a number saying my interview is cancelled due to my file not received from Vermont. Can anyone relate to this? I’m really sad.

Yes this is happening often. They will call you back when they have the file.

The immigration process caused me PTSD.

How many months does it take

Sometimes it takes couple of days only. I've seen a case where they called the person after 5 days or so. I know it is very frustrating so good luck.
