CFO GCP in Clark- Walk-ins?

Hi I saw an older thread from here around September or November 2018 where this same question was asked I didn't want to wake an old thread as usually its frowned upon in forums lol.

I saw that some members here said they were able to get a walk-in. If you check the CFO Clark website it states 2 different things in separate places both from an effective date of July 11, 2018. One is that its First come, first served and the other that its appointment only at least for PDOS but does not state anything about GCP

Anyways my fiance will receive her visa today and we have a GCP appointment for April 16 in Manila which is the earliest time slot available. Clark shows no availability until May 15.

We want to know if anyone has had recent experience (last few months) with the CFO Clark Office and if Walk-ins are possible. We plan to call Friday but with the site having two different policies listed I am not sure they will give a straight answer.

I'd make an appointment.

I had my wife do it already after we filed to get it out of the way. They give you a certificate but won't give you the sticker until you get your visa.

So when she does get it she will just need to walk in and get it and go on her way.

We already have an appointment in Manila for April 16 and Clark is booked until May 15 according to their schedule.

I want to know about if Walk-ins are accepted and the best way to do it.

Whether its waiting and hoping there is a no show or simply arriving early enough. I have read comments on another thread on VJ about it but not much information was given and since the time of the thread things may have changed.

You could show up early explain yourself. I'm sure they'll take you. The most you'll do is waste your own time. The best thing that could happen is that it happens.

Very true but gathering information before going cant hurt either. I will talk to my Fiance about trying to Walk-in on Wednesday as that is the only day they do GCP for American visas.

Who do you think they will allow her in? I only ask because any experience or knowledge with the CFO would be helpful.

Well what's funny is my wife filled out exactly what they had online again on a form paper in person. It was straight forward. It's a PowerPoint presentation on what to expect in America. What rights they have important contact numbers. And of course silly filler things to make the class look more legit. They also try to tell you that your should continue contributing to social security but no one does

I mean I doubt they'll say come back with an appointment since there's a fee they want to collect. So if they got the space they'll collect

You could try walk-in at Clark, but if when scheduling they are showing their earliest opening in May I have my doubts.

I'm confused on the First Come, First Served and the appointments. It can only be one of the 2 but not both in my opinion. As first come first served means those who get there earliest whilst with an appointment you dont need to arrive before anyone else just on time.

So I guess its if there is open availability or a no show?

This GCP is such a hassle wish I had her do it while we were waiting for the interview. I would be willing to pay for someone's spot at this point lol.

Yes it is we use to stress to get it done early .. but I guess we got lax.

I will add some "warning" to the website . too late to help you but may help others.

Did you check Davao or Cebu CFO for schedules?

Yeah April 16 was the earliest which we have booked. Now earliest date is April 23. I checked all 4 CFO locations. Only Cebu was earlier when I checked it was April 15 but one day earlier would of not been worth the trip as she lives in Olongapo.
