Hi everyone. I was looking for April filers but i don't see anyone posting yet. I am getting ready to send the paperworks but i am a little confuse if i need to send the original copy or just the photocopy of it. Please if someone can help. Thanks

According  to the instructions ......  A copy of the official document unless it states “Original” in which case it needs to be the actual  document issued by the   official agency

hi Everyone, im new to this forum and im actually planning to apply for my son (15 yrs old,and is currently in the Philippines) this April, I am a US citizen but im not sure what are the steps to apply and which form to send (along with the pocket) aside from I-130. I would appreciate any help that you can share with me. Thank you and God bless to all.

I, Petitioner Name, a citizen of the United States, would like to file a petition I-130 for my daughter/son, Beneficiary Name. Please find enclosed the following required and supporting documents:

  • Completed form G-1145

  • Check/money order for $535.00 payable to the U.S Department of Homeland Security.

  • Signed Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative.

  • Photocopy of birth certificate of  Petitioner

  • Photocopy of birth certificate of  Beneficiary

  • Photocopy of proof showing relationship between Beneficiary and Petitioner

  • Photocopy of U.S. Passport of  Petitioner

  • Photocopy of Certificate of Naturalization of Petitioner 

  • Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and we understand that we may be required to submit original documents to an Immigration or Consular officer at a later date. Please advise us if you have any further questions or concerns related to this petition.
