CEAC website - Slow and not functioning

Am I the only one seeing this, where the CEAC website is not working to check the status? I have been trying for the last 3 weeks and it works sometime and does not work. But lately the last 2 weeks it tries to pull the status and times out or it takes 10 minutes to pull the status. Is this what others are seeing?

I have never had an issue with CEAC

It looks like you've already had your interview.

Once your case goes from the immigrant unit to the non-immigrant unit, the CEAC site can be really slow trying to look up the non-immigrant case from the immigrant case number.

If you use the "AA" number below the bar code on your DS-160 and search as a non-immigrant visa, it's a lot faster.
