Sent to CSC and CSC received on June 12th, 2018.
Waiting for the approval and praying that it should be approved this week (November 26th)

Got an email from NVC that they have received the petition.

Now, they screwed up the sealed documents. They have sent someone else to my fiance. I think the person who has my fiance documents must have been stopped at the immigration and he must be stuck. Sorry for that guy. Now, they are scrambling to get his documents to probably the immigration I think. My fiance is supposed to fly out tomorrow night. God help her. Just a damn problem one after the other.

We just got info that my spouse is scheduled for Interview on August 7th. We should be getting it in mail today or tomorrow.

Hey congratulations on your approval! Did you expedite your EAD/AP?

No, we just got the message. It was a surprise for us too. Initially it said November first week. Now, it was approved in September. I am expecting that the Interview will be by middle of October.

Sorry we got the info 3 days back that it was approved. We did not expedite it. Maybe our papers works are all good and there is no issue.

That's amazing, looks like things are moving quickly! I have just one more question, you applied for both EAD and AP right?

Yes both and both were approved on Sept 11.

Perfect, thank you for answering the questions! And all the best for the Interview! :)

Interview is scheduled on November 18th, 2019. Pray for us! Everything goes well.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
