02/13/19. Starting 05/06/19, we will only accept the 02/13/19 edition. Until then, you can use the 11/30/16 edition

Do I need a copy of Form I-134 and attachments during the interview?

Yes the I-134 is used with the K-1 visa interview for financial support evidence.  Plus the embassy wants copies of your most recent tax return and W2.

Thanks for the information. I'm having my interview next week, and I'm feeling really really nervous. My partner has never visited Philippines before. I'm always the one visiting him in US. I hope that won't seem weird on their part. If I get disapproved with my K-1 visa, I hope they won't take my  visitor visa away too. I will really be crushed.

iThe Philippines Embassy is one of the easiest embassies to interview with. As long as you have all your documents and you tell the truth and be confident you'll have no problems. The interview last if 5 minutes I'd be surprised. They'll ask you three to four questions and the interview is over.

You don't need the original signed form.  USEM will accept a printed copy.  Have your fiance scan and email you the entire form if you don't want the pages to be of different sizes when you print them out.

He mail it to me because I-134 affidavit of support should be original with wet ink signature.

USEM is ok with a scanned copy of the signed I-134.

Here is a very recent example of a successful USEM K1 visa interview without an original I-134 --

Not necessary to complete part 7 or the other part you mentioned.     Use the form he sent you.

As for a sending another I-134 , that can be scanned and emailed.

I saw your post in another thread.  You said you're processing in Taiwan?!  If so, the example I provided above may not apply to you!  This is the Philippines forum, so I assumed you'll be interviewing in the US embassy in Manila.  (There I go assuming again! :bonk:)

USEM is fine with a scanned copy of the I-134, but I don't know if the consulate (AIT?) in Taiwan is just as lenient.
