Hi guys I live in pensylvania and I applied for my cousion wife and case came back to uscis because not allowed cousion marriage in PA I want to quit my job because I have to move to diffrent state state where cousion marriage is allowed  ,,,, can I get unemployment if I voluntarily quit my job ???

Can't collect unemployment when you quit yourself.

Do you want to marry your cousin that is a USC? Or are you a USC and your cousin in another country? I would figure out if USCIS will accept an application like this in general, no matter the state you live in. Most parts of the US are not very fond on cousin marriage.

When you get laid off or when you have to quit because of sickness you can collect unemployment. Moving to another state cause you can't legally marry your cousin here is def a big no no for the unemployment.

~~moved from IR1/CR1 progress reports to off topic.  Topic is not about IR1/CR1 but about unemployment benefits~~

You can't collect unemployment if you willingly quit your job so you can move in order to marry a cousin. I would suggest finding a job in the state you wish to move to.

Håll ut, y'all.
