Finally I got email today with NVC and IV # of my mom case after 6 weeks and 2 days but not able to log in! I tried my dad's case which got approved last month and able to log in, whats happening to their system? Last time i paid my dad IV and AOS, took 2 weeks to get cleared(supposedly only 2-3 days)  until they fix it and finally on paid status, they keep saying will tell to supervisor and now im gonna deal again problem with logging for my mom's case? this is not fun

Yeah. Everyone who got case numbers between like 02/20 and now are not able to log in except a select few lucky people who seem to be able to.  I cannot either. NVC told me on the phone it's a glitch and "they are working on it".  It stinks.

i CAN'T LOG IN. I CALL THEM, THEY HANG UP ON ME. Where is the solution?

NVC.jpg

yeah none of us can log in and we get that same message.

I was able to get through to them.  Basically they said everyone is having this issue.  I said well some people can log in and they said that it was unlikely that anyone could log in, but idk.  They are 'aware of the problem and trying to fix it'.  But honestly, I don't know why it would take this long. It would probably be quicker to just issue us a new batch of case numbers at this point.

yeah it is incredibly frustrating. It seems like they really don't care how it is affecting everyone! :(

Been having same login issues since 2/25. They have now added a message recognizing the problem to their initial playback phone message. But no concrete answer as when they will have the problem actually resolved. Just that keep trying to login at a later time. Such BS.

Your invoice is probably correct.

A friend of mine just got through to NVC and they said the problem lies with the new cases not being recognized by the system, hence the error we keep receiving.  They are actively working on it and now are aware that it is affecting all of us.  They said it's odd that someone was able to log in as most people after 02/20 cannot.  The operator even tried to log in for her on his computer at NVC customer support and he got the same message.  Fingers crossed that they will try to get this fixed before the weekend.

they should really put an note on this website saying some users may not able to log in and we are aware of the situation and actively working n it. and once its start working they should remove it so we know when to log in.

That would been a nobel cause. But NVC and USCIS alike would hardly show such a courtesy. I could have done that for them just for a penny in a couple of second. LOL

Hello,

I have received the welcome email from NVC on Feb 20, 2019 with NVC case number and Invoice ID number. I tried to log in right away but was not successful. I only received the message  "The selected Case Number and Invoice Identification Number combination you entered does not match our records. Please try again or contact the National Visa Center for further assistance. "

We tried to call NVC using the number (603) 334-0700 the day after. The wait was very long but we got through it. The first agent told us to use Internet Explorer. We tried but it did not work. The second agent could not log in our profile either. We requested to speak to the supervisor but that request was denied. She told us that she already put a note on our case and told us to wait (she did not give an estimated waiting time). We received the official welcome letter through regular mail on Feb 23, 2019. We have tried to log in to the CEAC website every day and many times a day and are still unsuccessful.

I checked on VJ website and found out that there was a similar issue in 2015 due to technical problems. However, I could not find any recent post regarding this issue. I wonder there is anyone here currently having the same problem as me. Is it possible that my case has not been in the system yet? Any suggestions and advice giving here will be super helpful.

Thank you.

I also received the email on 20th, I was trying to log in but I had the same issue like you. Today I realized I was missing a digit on the invoice ID number. Please make sure that the case status are 13 digits and invoice number are 8 digits.

Thank you

16? Mine is 3 letters and 10 numbers on the case, and 8 numbers on the invoice ID. Now I can get through.

did you get thru? I have 3 letters ans 10 numbers on the case and 5 letters and 11 numbers in the ID invoice.

when did you receive the case? ,mine was in 01/21

Yes me too.  Mine has the same amount of digits. I even called to have NVC confirm my numbers were correct.  Unfortunately, I think we're being plagued by this CEAC issue.
