Will call them and see what happensZ

I looked at that site, based on the description it looks like a nuclear option. Although I must admit I don't know how effective they are or how seriously they take these requests/complaints.

I will call the NVC directly early tomorrow morning and depending on the outcome of the call I will contact the State senator's office. The only reason I would NOT call the Senator would be if the situation is either already remedied by then (Highly unlikely) or they can give a reasonable definitive timeline for when they can fix the issue.

OIG seems like a good option, but I still want to give them a chance to make it right on their own.

I called them just now, it says NVC is closed?! It's like 9:34 AM! There is no Federal holiday today!!!

Yeah same. I’m guessing snow. Hopefully just a delay. In CT there’s like a foot and they’re in New Hampshire

Their site is timing out, I'm hoping they're working on this. BTW, I called my Senator's office. They will send me the forms by noon they said.

I spoke to a supervisor today, she basically said at this point we just have to wait and try later. She said that there was attempts made to fix the issue over the weekend but the issue still persisting and they're aware of that.

Thanks for keep calling, I have called as well but wait line is more than 1 hour, I have to call now in my lunch hour. I am not seeing this thing will be resolved anytime soon. why can't they just issue us a new Invoice number which can work?

Hello AndyH,

Not sure if your case issue has been resolved or not yet, but I received an email from NVC on 02/20/2019 with case number and invoice ID and I have been trying to login since that day and also I have called them multiple times regarding this issue but still couldn't login. Its been more than 2 weeks and I am still trying.

After reading all of your issues looks like I am not alone here, that give little hope that it will be resolved pretty soon.

Let me know if anyone of your issue have resolved recently.

Thanks,

Bishal
