Hey guys, we just got notification that my wife's interview has been scheduled, but we don't know the date yet.  She has not received her 10 year green card yet.  I saw on an earlier post that someone sent a letter requesting a combo interview.  Is that necessary?  I was under the impression that you simply needed to show up to your citizenship interview and they would adjudicate the removal of conditions on the spot.  Am I wrong?

2/12/16 - NOA-1 received

3/11/16 - Biometrics appointment at Las Vegas office

4/18/16 - Approval

4/23/16 - Conditional green cards arrive

I am not on the list. I applied online Feb 2nd, Biometrics were done Feb 26th and today recieved a litter in the mail with my interview scheduled for May 6th. I'm shocked I had been told 13-14 months

Hi everyone. I will be eligible to apply for N400 starting on September 9, but I will be abroad from September 7 to 20. I really want to apply online on September 10 or 11, but not sure if I can access USCIS account from abroad and submit my application from there. If I can, will it be a problem to apply online from abroad? Or you think it’s better I wait until I come back after September 20 and apply while I am in the US? Thanks

My I-751 case is still pending and I received a notice that my case was transferred from California to the National Benefit Center.

 

Today I received an update on my N-400: On September 6, 2019, we scheduled an interview for your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, Receipt Number IOEXXXXXXXXX. We will mail you an interview notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice.

 

Well, finally some good news. Now is time to wait to find out when the interview is, and review the study guide.

 

I am imagining this will be a double interview to adjudicate both cases.

Hey guys,

 

Got my interview scheduled for Oct 10th in New Orleans, LA!

I checked out the interview letter in my online USCIS account. It seems like they mailed it to my previous apartment address (same city and everything). Will the online PDF print out suffice, or do I need to request another one mailed to me with the correct mailing address? I filed AR-11 and my online account also shows the correct mailing address, so not sure what happened there.

Hi! They may forward it to your new address if USPS allows it but USCIS correspondence usually gets sent back. Other than that, you can take the one from online. That’ll be enough. They print their notices on low quality basic white paper now.

I asked the new resident of my old apartment, and she said she put it in the outgoing mail since she thought it was important. So I printed out the notice and have a copy of my AR11 proving I changed my address. That should suffice, right? Thanks!
