Are you saying you’re still waiting for an update on your Interview??  When was it?  And nothing since?

I feel so sorry for those who are left to wait.  While I’m thankful to have received this update so quickly, I don’t know how I could stand to wait too long after the interview.  IMHO, you should be afforded some kind of update ASAP - whether it’s an RFE, denial/rejection, or approval.

🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 For you and all!

Interview was on 9/11 and no update since. And if we call it’s still within processing time since she told us 60-90 days. Sigh. Did you ever receive  your EAD

Hi, so we had the AOS interview on May 22nd and we're still waiting for an answer.  Our interview was a stokes type, I call it that because we were called in separately and were asked questions for almost 30 min each, we were called together after that and everything seemed to be going ok. I presented all the evidence they asked for, was not missing anything. I was given the default speech about removing gc conditions after 2 yrs, but no verbal approval or denial. Our case was supposed to be handled by the Newark NJ office.  However, due to high volume, they scheduled the interview at the Mount Laurel NJ office.  Not sure if this has anything to do with it or what.

I've called many times to get updates, I was told that the case would remain at the Mt. Laurel office since we're within "normal processing time".  I put an inquiry over 2 weeks ago and no response as of yet.  Has anyone else been waiting this long? or similar situation...

Oh Lordy!!  Do you have an Attorney?!?!?!

We filed expedites on both our EAD app and the AoS interview date, both due to my security-sensitive employment.  Received the EAD back in June.

Damn!  And I was expecting us to face something similar to yours, given the feelings we left our Interview with yesterday.  I mean, my wife kept saying...it’s impossible...because we are so extraordinarily genuine, we have nothing to worry about - and shouldn’t.  I guess I just need to have more faith and stop being the Ultimate Pessimist!

Do you have an Attorney?!  If not, you must get one at this point, imho!!

Hi everyone!

I just received the notification that my interview was ready to be scheduled (first NOA 3rd Jan). Anyone here processed at the San Francisco office and if so, how long did it take your interview to be scheduled? Many thanks 😊

Hello All,

Hope everyone is getting approved for the green card interview. My interview is scheduled for Nov 5th. I am only worried for my medical report. I already did my medical in my country before visa interview and handed the sealed packet (Hope so medical report was in it) when entered US. Now I came to know that I need to have medical but if already done within last 2 years I need to show the vaccination copy for applicant. I am not able to find that copy may be it is lost. Can anyone advice me on medical. Should i get new medical done here in US or should I go without medical copy because i think they already got that when they processed my visa interview and got sealed packet.

Thanks. And all the best to all :)

Was told to bring my sealed I-693 to my AoS interview.  Nothing about sending it anywhere ahead of time.

My best suggestion would be to get a fresh one done here.  Yep, I know it’s expensive, but seems like a prudent thing to do.

Slight correction and addition.

Call the office that you got your medical and ask them whether they could issue you a new copy.
If that fails, i'd get a new medical, as they are pretty strict about vaccinations, and medical in general.

Ugh, stupid SF office! Although I see that they're outsourcing some of their applications to other offices to help speed their processes along, perhaps we'll be lucky...

To be honest I have moved on with my life and find living with EAD/AP is enough. I have my DL good for 4 years, got a job without problem and I'd rather to have my GC approved after our 2 anniversary so that I would get 10 years GC instead of two years and don't have to remove the condition. I'm ready to renew my EAD/AP next month before it expires in May 2020

DL? My EAD expires in March and I'm thinking about sending in the application soon to renew. Looks like that's taking a while, too.
