I guess you should just do the best you can. Try to look at it through a stranger’s eyes. If you feel good about the proof then that is the all that is needed. I would try to get copies of his passport stamps in case you get an RFE. Just do the very best you can and all will be fine. Good luck to you.

yes iam doing my best and very stressed about it at the same time im trying to put everything i can to prove that our relationship is true as it  is . thank u

Don’t over think it. You are already married. The proof for you is easier than a K-1. Just relax and you will be fine. If we knew what country you are from it may help us get you better answers. There are some minor differences between embassies.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

Morocco is a tough Embassy. There is a lot of experience here that will help you. Try filling in your profile so people answering your questions will know you are Morocco. That will help you with better local info.

you need proof he traveled to Morocco / i know you married there but still need proof such as itinerary and copy of boarding pass

photos should include your morocco family with him

1  case is weak as you knew him less than a year and married

2  case is weak as you married on 1st meeting

3  case is weak if you only have one visit

4  and this is Morocco/  he does need to add you to 2018 tax returns (IRS site will tell him how)

5  you need to send him a POA  (power of attorney ) for banking

when he adds you to his tax returns .  by getting the ITIN,  he can then add you to a bank account

since this is now being done and the embassy knows it can be done,  they expect it

commingling assests is the only way to get a visa approved especially such a weak one

Is he Muslim?

are you muslim?

I meant to scare u as the case now is very weak and many CR1's have been denied

do as i stated above to commingle finances

Casa knows this can be done as i added my husband to 2010 tax returns

u do need to commingle to be approved

many of us have made 5 and 6 trips all over a month

The NVC stage is now done online thru CEAC and people are having trouble adding evidence so write a good cover letter with your I 130 and state the intention to travel together and give them a timeline of this

then plan on showing those photos at the interview if they allow u to display them/ most of the time casa does not look at evidence brought in but if you have them,  they do know it

Tell  your husband to  write to me if he is wanting to know how to add you as his spouse to tax returns

read some of the posts here recently of moroccans who are still in administrative review since November and October interviews

I know of 11

2 K1's

and 9 CR1's (IR1's)

incha allah you can be ok if you follow some advice

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

That's always a good idea.  You need to understand that the passport stamps or boarding passes are actual primary evidence of HOW MUCH TIME you have spent together.  If that evidence is missing or even if it is just a short time, it is far better to wait and have more time together.

You both being muslim and the foreigner a woman, IS stronger than the reverse, particularly the reverse with an older woman.  Still, a weak case is NOT what you want to file with.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

i do agree but it really hard to be apart from each other . we are married for 3 months now and we close in age and have cultural and religious similarities plus family aware of this and we have many photos about that plus by the time i have the interview we will have more of time spent together and more photos and we are trying to get those stamps

You need to do other things too like the comingeling. There are community and smaller banks and credit unions that will let you add your spouse. Get a life insurance policy and list your spouse as the beneficiary. Get a capital one credit card because you can add a non resident alien spouse without a social security or ITIN.  I did these for our CR-1.
