Oh I did want to add one thing.  Very strange thing actually.  The Resident date on the new 10 year green card is 1 day earlier than the first 2 year greencard.  Has anyone seen anything like this before?  Why would they just change the date by a day all of a sudden?

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight. I am just starting out in this process, I will be attending my biometrics appointment next week, and I am wondering what the likelihood is of me being asked to attend an interview? Husband and I are still happily married, have since had a baby since first green card and have travelled a lot together, have sent lots of pictures, plane tickets, birth records etc for evidence.

Reason I am asking is, I want to plan a trip to visit my family in the UK in the fall and don't want to be called for an interview in that time! I was just wondering how many of you have been asked for interview, is it more common than not?

Thanks in advance!

The better the package you sent in. The better the odds of not having an interview.

It isn't as common for ROC.  I think you have a high chance of not having to do an interview especially with the evidence you submitted and the fact that you guys have a child together.

How is everyone else progressing with Vermont. I am EAC 19900-45@@@ filed in Jan last year and still nothing.

i was part of the batch that had a delay in getting the Notice of Action letters due to the government shut down. Hoping this is not affecting the approval process.

Same here. No update whatsoever, still stuck on accepted. We had the delay too, had to do an e-request to get the extension letter last year. Hubby's is EAC190047XXX

There's movement around his case, just nothing for his 🙃

EAC190054xxx here.  Literally all of the cases (500 before and 500 after) have movement of some sort on theirs, but mine still says “case was received”.

I filed my n400 on the 28th of January, and have my biometrics on 18th February, so I’m hoping that will prompt a case transfer and I can be done with USCIS in May (the date that USCIS estimates to complete the n400).

I had the same case status until I filled my N400 online and all of sudden my case transferred to local office and I think I will get combo interview and done with this process.

My prediction would be same for you since you already filed N400 while your I751 process in pending

I’m really hoping, but with me, if it wasn’t for bad luck, I’d have none at all.
