I-130/ Part 5/ 3.a, 3.b

Good morning,

So I'm filling out the form as we speak and I'm unsure how to answer this question, it ask;

Have you EVER previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien?

I have marked yes

But then it asks on 3.a. and 3.b., what city or town and state where I previously filed.

Where are they asking for, my physical address at the time or the location where I mailed the petition? Or the center that actually processed the petition?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Yes, a k1 visa it was approved by we withdrew it. We decided for me to move to the UK instead. But now we’re moving here.

Should we put the outcome as approved or withdrew because they approved the petition but we didn’t do any additional steps because we changed our mind.

Carefully look at the information if the information is talking about you , then you have to follow up and write your present address and information or if its about your husband then you write his information hider

It’s asking about the application. Not me or my husband??? It’s asking the city and state where it was filed ?????

Petition approved then withdrawn.  Put the center that processed it.

Are both of you in the UK? K-1 timelines have considerably slowed down since 2016. Have you considered marrying and doing the better and faster Direct Consular Filing:

Likely what the OP is doing. However that doesnt help them answer their questions.

Op put down the city and stste of the service center that was processing the I-129F

Irrelevant to this question but the OP has mentioned several times in this thread that they are married. The fact that she is completing an I-130 and not an I-129F also answers that question.

From her previous posts, they were living together in the UK but the OP has since returned to the USA.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!
