Hey all!

So my conditional GC expired 3/28/2019. I am sending off my I751 in January. Filing from AZ.

The house we are in now in AZ and in both our names is SELLING 01/03/2019. My husband is going to a different state for a short term work contract, and I am living with a friend temporarily in AZ.. I don't know what to put as physical address? IF i put that my husband is in a different state will that raise serious questions? Or can I put my new AZ address as both of ours? HELP PLEASE!

I am the beneficiary originally from UK !!

ROC Timeline:

01.04.19: I-751 Received @ Phoenix

01.09.19: Check Cashed

East go to UPS store and get a mailbox that way no issue where you go or where you move. Or you could use your friend address as your address. Remember this process is taking 15 to 18 months so you need a stable reliable address. That's why I suggest the UPS mailbox.

I have a reliable mailing address.

Can you use a mail box address as a physical address for the I751 form? I would think no?

When you get a mailbox at a UPS store, your address is a street address for the facility, not a PO Box.

I would probably use the place where you will live in AZ since his assignment is of a temp nature and not his permanent address. You will get the receipts and have your biometrics appointments in AZ that way. When you get a new home, change your address with USCIS. It will be over a year that your ROC

processes.
