I received an update in regards to form 1360 online stating my card has being mailed out but to my greatest surprise all i got in mail is just Employment authorization with category c 31which i never applied for.My condition green card which is valid until end of next year,How know has this VAWA work?

ROC (I-751 form) has an abuse option, but it i not VAWA.

Generally, the abuse option is only needed if you are unable to obtain sufficient evidence of a bona fide marriage due to the abuse (as they will take into account the abuse). Otherwise you have to show not only a bona fide marriage, but also abuse in order to be approved. Without the abuse option, you only have to show a bona fide marriage.

 

VAWA would be to get the green card. You already have a green card.
