we have lived in rented house for 5 years and no official receipt.and my husband is back to US and he will file CR1 visa. any advise on how can we prove that we have been living together.It will be greatly appreciated..

As of now we have boat tickets, he is  one of my beneficiary in Philhealth, loaned appliances together,birth certicate, marriage certificate,pictures, ...

Bills..? Utility bills? Bank statements? Car payment? Insurance? Anything with you and uour husband’s name to probe your residency? I would start from there but someone else may have a better advice. 😅

Our electric bills and water bills are under the name of the owner of the rented house.he is one of my beneficiary in Philhealth..

as the other poster said, anything with both your names on it and the address. insurances, wills, loans, etc

04/09/2019    NOA1 received/check cashed i 485 and 130 (direct adjustment)

11/7/2019      Interview- Norfolk

11/10/2019    APPROVED (notification rec'd 11/10, approval dated 11/8)

DONE FOR TWO YEARS!!! ;)

 

Filed everything ourselves with no RFE's or delays.

 

CR1 for Child under 21 (20 at time of filing)- Filed by LPR Spouse for his son

4/4/20     Mailed packet

4/12/20   NOA1 rec'd

10/14/21 (havent heard anything... when do i start to get worried?)

9/15/22 APPROVED! Now to wait for NVC and interview....

For the 5 years he lived here in the Philippines, what type of visa did he have?  I've lived here over 3 years now and I just keep extending my tourist visa.  He can provide a copy of his arrival stamp from his passport and the extension stamps.

1/08/2020:  NOA for all 3 applications

1/17/2020:  Received biometrics appt letter for the I-485 and I-765 (Code 3). 

1/31/2020:  Biometrics completed

2/20/2020:  RFE

6/15/2020:  Case is Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview

6/15/2020:  I-765 (New Card is Being Produced)

6/30/2020:  Received Combo Card in the Mail

4/22/2021:  AOS Interview

4/26/2021:  AOS Approval

4/29/2021:  Permanent Resident Card received in the mail

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

July 23, 2025:  Filed N-400 online

Tourist visa. He just keep extending.

He is in my Philippine insurance like Philhealth and HDMT as one of my benificiary and we loaned appliances that both our names were there and also on the school ID of our daughter.

Yeah, I would gather all that. Gather what you already have that includes you and your hubby’s name. I would start there, and like the other comment, ask your landlord.
