Hello All,

I'm having a bit of an issue retrieving the I-94 for my last entry to the US on a K1 visa 2 days ago. When I go to the website, my most recent I-94 shows my last entry on a B2 visa 2 months ago. However, when I look at my travel history I see my entry from 2 days ago. Is this normal? It is my understanding that I-94s are issued almost instantly after being processed at POE by CBP. I'm wondering if maybe there's a delay in updating because I entered on the weekend. Can anyone shed some light on this? How long does it usually take for the electronic I-94 to be available on the website? Would really appreciate some feedback.

Is this specific to K1 visas? Whenever I traveled on my B2 visa the electronic I-94 was always available by the next day.

Sometimes it takes a while but usually within 14 days and that's about how long we suggest waiting before you try to do anything like get a SSN etc. So everyone has time to update their systems and have your info

Cateogory: CR1

  • NOA2/I130 Approved: February 8, 2016 (NO RFE) :)

  • Scan date: April 14/ May 7th (NVC said both I dont know why)
  • Case Complete: May 31, 2016 (No checklist) :dancing:

August 17, 2016: Visa Approved!!!! :dancing:
