Hillary Clinton says Stacey Abrams would be Georgia's governor-elect 'if she had a fair election'

Hillary Clinton accused Georgia of throwing the election for the Republican candidate for governor as Democrat Stacey Abrams battled to keep the tabulations open long enough for her to force Republican Brian Kemp into a run-off. 

Receiving an award at Abrams' alma mater, the LBJ School of Public Affairs at UT-Austin on Tuesday, Clinton said, 'If she had a fair election, she already would have won.'

The former first lady and Democratic presidential candidate also took a swipe at her old foe Donald Trump in the remarks, accusing him of spreading 'deliberate falsehoods that started on the first day of the current administration' when he sent his press secretary out to dispute the size of his inauguration crows.

'I’ve been to many inaugurations,' said Clinton, who served as a senator and later a secretary of state, according to the Austin American-Statesman, 'The crowd wasn’t that big.'

 

One inauguration she has not gone to, her own.

I saw some of her audiences.  Could be numbered in the hundreds (but not many of them).  Cute.

To be fair Clinton has a point. Kemp was Secretary of State running his own election! It's like the captain of a sports team also being the referee. Ridiculous situation, no conflict of interest there!

Why are democrats always the lucky ones to find boxes and boxes of uncounted ballots....after close elections.....that magically support their candidate by huge margins?

I would say no. The car they found the box of ballots for Al Franken a few years back ,was privately owned.

I think it was the same Perkins Coie lawyer in Minnesota as well.
