Which service centre is processing the I130? You can check the processing time for the centre at 

https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

it ranges from 5 months to 10 months

Yes. It took a month for USPS to receive it (2 weeks after the first application). I'm just glad they got it.

DO you guys know if the processing of our petition/cases are affected by the government shutdown?

Hi All,

 

I wanted to bring my parents to US. I am us citizen.i have some questions if some one can pls guide me,

 

1-my parents do not hace marriage certificate, marriage happen like 30 plus years ago in pakistan. What shall o do in this regard.

 

2-my parents are in their age of 60 plus. They dnt have their borth certifcate either.

 

Pleaze can some one gyide me. Wht route should i take...i need urgent help

Unfortunately, Yes... During shut down, everything halts! It continues from where it all stops before the shutdown, now that they are open again...

I'm the mother of a USC. PD 11/9/18 - Dallas.  My green card has been mailed and expected to be delivered tomorrow.  No lawyer,  no RFE, no interview.   All praises and thanks to our God!  Be blessed on your journey! 🙏
