Hello, forum! Does anyone know how long we have to wait until approval? My parent's priority date is November 07th, 2018

Use a trackable method and pay attention to the address as FedEx (Physical) and USPS (PO Box) have different addresses. You can check on USCIS website or google where to mail i-130 to get the exact on

Which service centre is processing the I130? You can check the processing time for the centre at 

https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

it ranges from 5 months to 10 months

Yes. It took a month for USPS to receive it (2 weeks after the first application). I'm just glad they got it.

DO you guys know if the processing of our petition/cases are affected by the government shutdown?

Hi All,

 

I wanted to bring my parents to US. I am us citizen.i have some questions if some one can pls guide me,

 

1-my parents do not hace marriage certificate, marriage happen like 30 plus years ago in pakistan. What shall o do in this regard.

 

2-my parents are in their age of 60 plus. They dnt have their borth certifcate either.

 

Pleaze can some one gyide me. Wht route should i take...i need urgent help

Unfortunately, Yes... During shut down, everything halts! It continues from where it all stops before the shutdown, now that they are open again...

I have filled for my widow father on Nov 28. So far , has anyone got any news yet?

  • 03.21.2014 : Got K1 VISA in hand :thumbs:
  • 04.13. 2014 : Said goodbye to TORONTO, Canada :cry:
  • 04.15.2014 : Arrived home in Lakewood, California, USA (After a long driving from coast to coast Canada ? >>> ?? ? ) :dancing:
  • 04.22.2014 : Wedding day :D ? :P ? ?
  • 05.08.2014: Got Married certificate in hand :wub: ?
  • 05.14.2014: Mailed out the package of AOS (i485, i765) :rolleyes: ✉️
  • 05.22.2014: Received NOA :) ?
  • 06.02.2014: Received a letter for Biometric appointment -_- ?
  • 06.20.2014: Got Biometric done at USCIS Bellflower location. :idea: ?
  • 08.04.2014: Status of i765 EAD (Work permit) changed to Production :dance:
  • 08.08.2014 : EAD card is mailed out :yes:
  • 08.11.2014 : EAD card in hand ?

I'm the mother of a USC. PD 11/9/18 - Dallas.  My green card has been mailed and expected to be delivered tomorrow.  No lawyer,  no RFE, no interview.   All praises and thanks to our God!  Be blessed on your journey! 🙏
