So when ur case is out of normal processing time, what is best way to contact them ?

my noa1 was april 6 but since i got an RFE dont know if i can call....

Same here, noa1 16th of march, but they sent the rfe on 16th of october, received it 1st of november, I don't know if we still should consider that "out of normal processing"

This is so crazy, why can't they come up with any news? At this point I would take anything, if they want to deny us, they should, so at least we can make other plans. But this nothing at all is so heartbreaking...  =(

Hi, for what I've read in other forums, they've up to 60 days to respond. Just hang in there you'll here sometihing sooner than you expected.

I would call and submit an inquiry online or have your congressman's office submit the inquiry for you. In the meantime I am preparing by scheduling an infopass appointment ASAP. If the NOA2 comes before the infopass appointment date then I shall cancel.
