Merhaba, sana bir şey sormam lazım. Birkaç hata yaptığımızı fark ettik.

1- Pasaport pulları göndermedik

2-pasaport tarzı fotoğraf yanlış 5 × 5 değil
3-Benim adresim kapı numaram ile yanlış.(I am the beneficiary) my door number so turkey
Benim sorunum bizi tamamen reddetti.
Şimdi 4 aylık bitirmek.
Rfe düşünüyorum ama reddetmekten korkuyorum.
Üzgünüm ingilizcem

I wasn't sure if this was MENA or Eurasia...please correct me if mistaken.

What DID you send ....no offence, but did you double check everything before sending your I-129?

Did you meet 2 years prior to sending the petition ? Did you include letters of intent to marry?

You have some serious mistakes, I honestly don't even know if they will send an RFE for so many mistakes/ missing information.

Good luck though.

  1. Passport stamps are not required, but are a very common way to help show meeting within the past 2 years. Other evidence can be used instead.
  2. I have seen quite a few petitions approved with improper passport photos, although I have also seen a decent number of RFEs for it. Hit or miss if you get an RFE for this.
  3. Likely not an issue.
  4. It's not explicitly required to state how you first met. But you do need to show sufficient evidence of meeting at least once within the past 2 years.
  5. Any non-English materials should be translated. It doesn't guarantee an RFE, but the IO that gets your case is likely not going to be able to consider them if they can't understand what they are. For USCIS, you can translate them yourself (see https://www.visajourney.com/content/translations). The embassy/consulate later usually requires a certified translation for materials submitted to them.

It doesn't sound like you missed a strict requirement, so an outright denial seems unlikely. But an RFE is definitely on the table as being possible.

I check now some hotel and flight tickets english but not all. We just sent in 2 years.

It seems you have good evidence,  meet the 2 year requirement and have the letters of intent. These are all very important.

I don’t think you will get rejected, I think an RFE will be on the way though.

But dont be upset :) !

Yourr evidence of bona fide relationship is looked at after NOA2, at the embassy of your fiancés country. I am positive they know Turkish, so I don’t think you have anything to worry about.
