That's what I did too. I just put my stamp expiration in the renewal application. I feel like its taking a while to renew. I applied on Sept 26th. When did you apply?

I applied in early September. It took a long time for the original Nexus card, so yeah I am thinking it may take a while before getting it approved.

I did this all online.  It accepted the new date and I did not get a reply saying more action was required.. Signing in was a problem I had to go through several steps and put in several id numbers and codes, unlike any other time previous.  I think this is because they are are linked now (GOES, Nexus, Global Entry  and Trusted Traveler) whereas they weren't before. I was annoyed initially cause I had to go digging for all the numbers and passwords but realized that there's less hassle now since they're now linked.

Yeah I applied online too (It was a huge pain!!), but I got in trouble in Edmonton and Toronto for out of date info on my Nexus account. ONce was just the green card expiration and someone just deleted the expiration, but in Toronto they caught me for not having my current job and threatened to remove me from the program, and we extremely unpleasant about it (That's Pearson for yah!!)

I was told when I called Nexus that when I get my 10 yr green card I have to go to a Nexus office to update it and that online wasn't enough. I don't know if that's true or not, but I'll be doing it because I don't want to get yelled at about violations again! 😨

I was able to renew mine online.  My expiry came just after I immigrated.  Did it all online using my cc.  I also updated my new passport info that way too.  I was surprised it was that easy.

I did mine online too. Hopefully it'll get approved soon.  Been waiting since September. I thought it would have been quicker since it was a renewal.

Do you mind telling me what your estimation completion time says on your account? Wondering if this estimation completion time actually is true. I filed 751 as well (July 25, EAC17298) and N400 showing 14 months completion time. both not approved.

Absolutetly my estimated time in the USCIS online account (where I filed N400) it says 12 months estimated time. definitely is not accurate. The estimated time of my field office is 12-20 months

Argh, those guys!!!  I totally understand what they told you and could very well be true BUT my Nexus account is now linked everything I have with both the US and Cds trusted traveler program. .I went to the CBP website but couldn't update my USA info there.  Remember Nexus is a joint venture with the US and Cda borders, so to me it makes sense that you'd need to access the American side of things when updating your USA info.  Anyways the new account that merges it all now has an new login website which is called login.gov which is now using your email address which is your central access point to things offered by the trusted traveler program.

I do get you when you said they told you to go in.  I got that same BS when I realized like 4 years later that they (Nexus) spelled my last name incorrectly on my Nexus card.  When USCIS was taking their sweet time processing our I-130, I got the fine tooth comb out and began scrutinizing every single paper I submitted, fearing I did something wrong.  Sure enough, it was then I realized my Nexus card had one too many vowels in it.  Not my error, theirs. As it turns out this wasn't the cause for the delay in our I-130 being approved.  I called Nexus and was told to go in.  I did on my next trip and guess what they said....do it online when your card expires (which was just around the corner). I was rather hot under the collar but happy it was an easy fix.

I have found also that CBP officers don't necessary know the Nexus process and procedures as it relates to US PR's.  I'd try to do it online just to save you from the trouble of having to go in.  It can't hurt, can it?

:)

Hi i have a really busy life going on I totally forgot about this, i apply on july 2017 and as today oct/27/18 i dont have no biometrics or interview taken. I also posted before thinking that i was aproved for a letter saying that they couldn’t deliver my documents to my address, it was all about biometrics informing that they wouldn’t need it.! No updates at all.!!

But I’m applying for citizenship on oct/23/18 (online) and as today oct/27/27/18 they update saying that biometrics has allready scheduled..!
