When does your green card expire?  Are you sure that you will be in the 90 day window next week?

Yeah. Used a day calculator app. Monday my 90 days begin.

Should i attach a letter saying it was too late to change everything?

According to your timeline your approval date was January 26, 2017. You need to calculate it by using the date on your green card, not the interview date. Just want to make sure that you don't send it in too early or it will be rejected.

Maybe someone else will give their opinion, but I would probably just send it like it is and not even mention anything about it.

Sorry about that. I need to adjust the timeline.

My greencard expires 16th of december. I accidently put the date i received my greencard there instead of when i got approved. 17th september is when the 90 day window starts. Thank you though :)

Do not worry about what is on the affidavits.  You'll be fine as they are.

I sent all our applications in with USPS with tracking. I know some people much prefer FedEx or UPS.

Which one is safer? I know UPS or FedEx is more expensive but i heard that its a real physical address where someone from USCIS will pick it up.

Which courrier did you guys use for sending the ROC package? Im torn between USPS and FedEx/UPS.

Ive been reading a lot of people are having issues with the USPS PO box recently and having the package delayed or sent back. Im leaning towards FedEx because its a physical office address where someone from USCIS will pick up the package.

I asked this question in a different topic but id like to ask in a seperate topic. Which one did yall use and why?

The USPS is the best out of all the carriers in my opinion. I ship thousands of packages a month ( Internet based business). And USPS has yet to lose anything. Ups and fed-ex I file claims a few times a year each for lost package. It's a p.o.box..... that means the USPS runs the p.o. box. And at both of the addresses someone comes to pick up mail. It really never makes it to the p.o. box physically. It gets thrown in a big postal bin ( Blue carts you may have seen at the post offices) then rolled over to a dock when the guy cames to pick them up every other day I think it is.

I would stick with the tried and true USPS. They have an excellent track record with me personally.

Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. I know the costs involved in this whole game of immigration, and if I can save you some money I will!
