Received on Oct 21st.

NOA1 on Dated Oct 30th.

Biometrics on Nov 19th.

Status changed to "Case ready to be scheduled for an interview" on Dec 31st

Status changed to "Interview Was Scheduled" Jan 2nd

Still waiting for the interview notice letter, which should be sometime next week. And I'm assuming the interview is sometime on early to mid February.

I'm sorry I didn't fill my timeline out, I'm just lazy. I'll try to do it soon, lol.

Amazing! Then if everything goes well I should be getting an update by the end of this month since we had the biometrics exactly one month apart, thank you for sharing it!

If everything goes well and you don't get RFE's, then it's a good rough estimate.

I got my interview notice in mail today, and the interview is scheduled for Feb 13th.

Congratulations. Confuses me though as my case was received a week prior but not ready to be scheduled. Best of luck with the interview.

Because he had his biometrics on Nov 19th, you had yours on December 13th didnt you? That’s why, you should be getting an update around a month after your biometrics, you should be getting an update either today (friday) or next week.

I did, my initial bio was November 14th though. They messed that up by sending my notice to a different address than the one I gave them and so I missed it.

When I called up about it they said it doesn't affect any future timeline it just has to be done before it can advance. For example if your case was ready to be scheduled before you had bio, it would just immediately change after you had bio.

I do think them being off for two weeks over Christmas will delay things even further though.

My bio was done on dec 2 2020 and the status still hasn’t changed. I’m applying for a green card through marriage (us citizen) Detroit field office. I’ve noticed a lot people got there bio done after me and are already scheduling their interview. I’m getting really worried. Any advice would help. Thank you!

Had my interview today. Here's my timeline.

Application Received on Oct 21st.

NOA1 on Dated Oct 30th.

Biometrics on Nov 19th.

Interview on Feb 13th, today.

Interview went smoothly. Took 10 mins. IO was the sweetest lady. Most questions were the security questions at the end of i485 if im a terrorist lol. Rest were basic ones about how we met, the info we submitted in i485, and what we had as evidence of bona fide marriage. We had lease, joint bank statements, joint credit cards and pictures, IO didn't even care to look at the pictures. We were approved on the spot, and 4 hours after interview status changed into "New card is being produced".

Overall experience was very smooth and easy and pleasant. Good luck to you all in your journeys.

Wow congratulations! Glad to hear it was easy.

My application was received a week before yours with no RFE and my appointment isn’t for another month, confused as to how they sort through these.
