great to hear that, and I will agree, this is the highlight of this entire journey.

as far as the passport, I had to send the original as well, I kept a copy. but I was told that if they loose it, they will replace it for free... so that is some hope....

Hi! Do you have any news since then? My situation is not exactly same, but I also waiting, only  for uscis response on my RFE after n400 interview, which was on Apr 22. In a few days after interview my husband told me that we got lucky to have interview before uscis sent big portion of immigration officers to the south boarder for quicker processing cases of people who crossing boarder with no visas, so they don't get lost on US territory after getting notice for court, what could happen in a few years. So it's a reason why we're waiting longer then expected.

Congratulations to everyone having completed the interview test, and then the ceremony.  As far as those timelines, they were never accurate with us.  In fact, we were notified in February, and took the test in March, and the website said we weren't due until December 2019.  At this point, our cohort group has been called, or being called; many of you will hear very soon I am sure.  In regard to the ceremony, the extra documents specified are not needed unless your case didn't follow the normal protocols.  For us, only the form sent to us, drivers license, and green card was necessary.  Make sure you do not answer the questions on the back of that form until the day of your ceremony.  Also, if you are planning to travel soon, you can expedite your passport in two ways, with extra costs associated with both.  First is the expedited processing, and then the second fee is for priority mailing back.  It took 10 business days.  Keep confident!

Hi everyone. I would appreciate any helpful thoughts about these 2 questions I have regarding my N400 case status. I also submitted my application in Sept 2018 at the Phoenix application center. I was given an estimate of 16-17 months processing (ie issuance by Jan/Feb 2020)

1) So I have always seen an "Estimated completion" section on my case view.  Now I noticed that it is gone. Is this a glitch or should I be worried? Any other ways to view it?

2) Until last week, there was no update on my case since biometrics (Oct 2018). The latest update says: "We transferred your application to another USCIS field office for review. You do not need to do anything at this time. View your letter on your documents tab for an explanation on why we transferred your application." It's been 11 days and I still haven't got the letter of explanation. How long did it take for others to see it and what are the reasons you all got?

I attached a snapshot to add clarity.

Thanks in advance.

I just called USCIS and they said the only impacted field offices are Atlanta, Miami and Brooklyn (I hope I remember that right). My field office and Phoenix, got the "transfer update" on more than 2 weeks ago, but no letter/ PDF document uploaded yet. I was advised to wait 30 days for it to be uploaded or mailed. 30 days??! Usually after an update status the letter/PDF document comes the next couple days!

Wow, sorry... it is absolutely ridiculous how your timeline is dependent on your Field office not the time you apply.
