You are eligible for naturalization. Why not apply for US citizenship?

The certificates are brand new made in English from the Government. The very original certificate was issued at birth. I don't think that is the issue.

I am filing an application for my broth. I am a US citizen by naturalization and I uploaded a copy of my naturalization certificate and US passport. I also uploaded copies of my brother's birth certificate and mine showing both of our parents. When I click next it takes me to the "additional evidence page" : " Religious record School records Census records Written statements" I wanted to skip this page since I assume Naturalization certificate and US passport should be enough to prove my citizenship, but when I skip it alerts me with a yellow exclamation mark and an alert. Does this apply to me or just a standard alert to everyone? I assume I can submit my application with submitting any of the "additional evidence"? You should provide evidence If you do not provide evidence, your petition processing may be delayed.
