Just saw an announcement thats USCIS finally finished the data entry process for this year, and NOAs are getting sent out. I juat got mine after almost 2 month and probably soon the website updates should be functional with the data base up to date.

Hey everyone!

My goodness gotta love America lol. I'm submitting my I751 with a divorce waiver. Divorce proceedings have begun but I won't receive the final decree until late November/early December unfortunately, which is after my green card expires (November 15, 2018). Any one else out there doing the pending divorce waiver after they made the September 2018 rule change about denying petitions on the spot without RFEs? Should I wait until I have the final decree and submit after my green card expires?

Thanks in advance! Any advice is much appreciated!!

You should start your own thread to get more exposure of your question as this thread is devoted to people filing and tracking their ROCs submitted in September.

I just noticed that my NOA has a mistake on it. Petitioner's name and Beneficiary's name have the same name: mine! What should I do? Do you think this can cause me a problem when traveling outside of the Country? Oh god..

I don't believe it is a mistake. Becuase you are the petitioner and the beneficiary. Your spouse is just your joining you to help you apply. My husband's noa is the same

Can we just stop copying the list? My name and im sure others got taken off again for some reason. Nobody quotes the recent/latest the version. Its very disorganized and confusing this way.

09/21/2015: I-129F petition mailed

09/23/2015: Delivered to USCIS, petition received

09/25/2015: NOA1 notice date, routed to CSC

09/28/2015: NOA1 E-notification

10/27/2015: RFE E-notification

11/02/2015: RFE letter received (USCIS needs evidence that the site we met on is not an international marriage broker)

Fingerprint review was marked complete by 10/25, a day after I did an early walk-in to an ASC.

Got Biometric letter (10/20) 2 days before NOA1 (10/22, receipt date is 9/19).  My actual Biometric date was 10/31, i did it early on 10/24.
