Is anyone other than me at Nebraska Service Center. Their timeline went back to May a week ago. I am just mad at this point, I want to be done with this process already.

Thanks

Nope, your are not alone. My case went to Nebraska and everyday I check their processing times because I keep hoping it was an error and the dates will jump back to match that of Permanent residents filing dates.

MY USCIS online case status still shows petition received but actually it was approved on 05/06 and was waiting when they will send my case to NVC.  But today I called USCIS and automated process says case was sent to NVC on 05/11. USCIS automated call status is up to date.

How did you get through to speak to someone and what did you ask? We are PD Sept 20th (CR1 though) and still waiting and when we tried to call we couldn't even get through to a tier 1 even with following all the steps posted around VJ.

Hi guys, I’m just preparing myself and gathering paperwork for NVC and interview.  I need advice and help regarding previous divorce papers. My daughter is filing for me and she only has certified copies of my divorce papers from USA, does she need to mail the originals to me for me to bring to my interview where it will be in UK? OR can I just bring photocopies to my interview? I’ve lost my original and there’s no way I can get them again unfortunately.  If anyone knows and can guide me I would appreciate it!! Thank you 🙏🏼

Well, here we go again, for all those at the Nebraska Service Center we have yet a longer wait time because the dates jumped back to May 3.

Here's to hoping it's a glitch 🙂

Yesterday I received case number just for my mother and still no case number for my father yet (yes called NVC and confirmed), is this normal because they received both petition at same time?? one more question regarding AOS, there should be one $120 fee to cover both cases or I have to pay separate AOS fee ?

Thanks
