Go to www.dhl.com click Express then Tracking, then Track by Shipper's Reference, and on this page you add your search information. You change the day and month to what you think your package might have left NVC or call NVC to get the date your package had left NVC in route to Manila then go to the DHL website and enter the following information:

EXAMPLE:

* Shipper´s Reference : EXP 24 MAR 2011A

* Date range for shipment - From: 23 - 03 - 2011

* Date range for shipment - To: 26 - 03 - 2011

Account Number - Leave this blank

Shipment Destination: Manila / Works for any Country

You need to change JUST the date so if you were checking a package that left today you would use EXP 19 SEP 2018A.

Phew ha. Reading through the posts I thought we'd messed up as we paid the MRV fee while our case was "At NVC". Thanks for settling the nerves!

Still hoping to see our case switched to "In Transit", when we got our case number the operator said it would go out in the next batch (few days) - so hoping they're right.

Yes we paid for ours right after we gout our case number and filled out the DS-160!  As long as you have the receipt printed, as you will have to attach a scanned copy to the consulate to schedule your interview, you will be good!

I called NVC just now and got our case number and invoice number.  When I try to put it into https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx it says "your search did not return any data"  Am I doing something wrong or could it just not be in this system yet?

Thanks - Andrew

Hi. I was just wondering if anyone in here has managed to get their new case number yet from NVC? Was just wondering what the wait time for that is currently. We didn’t get our NOA2 until 7th August so I suspect it’s too early for us yet, but curious is anyone in the week before us has got theirs yet 😊

 We got our noa2 aug 28th and got case number on sep17, you can call nvc and check on the status.

You won't. Just look for the destination for your Embassy. This process is not a science, it's what you throw at the wall and see what sticks.
