Yes it's back online!!! However, the IV fee has not been invoiced yet. So I'm still back on the waiting list ughh.

How long does it usually take to get an invoice for IV after AOS fee has been paid and DS261 verified and completed?

Last time I called for my sister in law, I was informed by the NVC agent that her case was under administrative review after a couple holds back and forth. He didnt know why she has not been invoiced yet for the IV fee. Then he said it is because her case is under Administrative review. Whatever that means. Good or bad?

the website is finally up. I don't think you guys should rush into sending the applications. I don't  think it will be down anytime soon (hopefully). So my point is : review everything you have to submit CAREFULLY before sending just to not have any delays when something isn't quite right. Good luck everyone!

Wow finally I’m at work and decided to pay the fees now in case something else happens later... anyway quick question, not sure how many fees I’m supposed to pay? I just payed the AOS fee which was 120$ and it says to wait 2-3 days for it to process. There is one more fee below that one which is called IV Application processing Fees, but it does not have a little check box so I can choose to pay it. Any one know if I have to pay that one too and if so do I have to wait for the AOS fee to finish processing first or how does this work? Thanks!
