They will with physician certificate and we have two one from USA high risk OB and one from OB in Lima ,I do anesthesia and will accompany

Airline can still deny you though. They don't want to risk having to divert a flight because a woman might deliver during the flight. Or if they just let her deliver on the airplane because they can't divert, you're putting both the mother and the child in great danger. You really think it's worth it?

Oh yes the airline and there medical staff reviewed and accepted as well .

So you are saying that everyone is on board with having your wife fly to the US.....that's great and all.....but NO person, regardless of how many years of expertise, can factually say that everything will be good/safe during the flight. A normal passenger who is pregnant (not one seeking any visa) who is decidedly taking a trip via airplane and has passed her 6th month of pregnancy is scrutinized thoroughly by airport officers and airline staff. I know...it happened to me!

Nonetheless, best of luck to you and your spouse.

Flying after 7 months of being pregnant is a risk due to the pressure which can induce labor, and being high risk increases the chance of  going into labor even more..
