Spousal petition denied

Had my wife's interview today she is with high risk pregnancy and doctors in Lima and United States both concurred it was best she be managed in the United States . So petion was expediate and interview granted by embassy .  My divorce decree states original but is copy 2004 , there are no other copies embassy wants original , My congressmans office walked to court house and have the only original whch states for official use only not for personal use. They will contact Embassy Monday . But petion denied on this fact.

Your post is a little confusing. Maybe you could clarify a little what you are asking. If you are missing documents the embassy was right to deny your visa though. Congressman won’t help.

Sorry the court house only had copies which stated original and stamped , the embassy wanted a original and there are none as county went over to new system , my congressmans office got the orginal which says for official use only and was signed again by judge today

So, your wife received a 221g paper for missing document?  If so, it wasn't denied.....just placed on hold until they receive the original document.

Just a note about originals, copies and certified copies.  All Consular Officers know that the "original" is owned and retained by the court.  They know the best you can do is supply an actual "certified copy" of that document.  It appears you supplied a photocopy of a certified copy.  That was correct for filing the petition, but the Consular Officer wants to see the actual Certified Copy.  

 

Your petition in your wife's behalf has not been denied.  The visa, has been temporarily refused until they see the document they want to see.

The orginal copy of the divorce was released to my congress mans office today it's sealed and also stamped for official use only not for personal use it was also resigned by judge today it's in congress mans office awaiting direction from embassy

So, they produced a second original.  I can't imagine why a certified copy wouldn't have worked.  It's called an "original certified copy".  Words mean things and you seem to be mixing terms.  What are the actual words on the paper from the Consulate regarding the divorce decree?

I concur with @pushbrk. That seems to best match the circumstances you've noted. The CO likely wants to see a certified copy.

They will with physician certificate and we have two one from USA high risk OB and one from OB in Lima ,I do anesthesia and will accompany
