I’m interested to see who here is still waiting... have you had rfe or like me in my case nothing since I filed on Nov 1st 2017.

Sorry to hear that, that's an awful long time.

I'm still waiting.  NAO1 Dec 14th.

Did you try contacting USCIS for a case inquiry?  You are well within your right, the date to do so as of today is Dec 9th.

Yes we have & they don’t give reasons they just say you have to wait.

Welcome to the party, im at day 235 (NOA1 November 14th).

I made 2 service inquiries, with both I was basically told to keep waiting.  They say the "reason" is "security checks" but obviously they tell that to everyone.

The truth is likely that the California service center is just really slow, whether that be due to government inefficiency or high number of petitions who knows? One thing that sucks is that there are those who filed theirs on November 27th who are already approved. I mean I would've gladly waited 2 or 3 weeks before filing since apparently there is no logical order of approval.

Yes, I am still waiting for NOA2. My NOA1 was on 12/27/17. I haven't received anything since then.

You might want to check the New USCIS website. I just got my approval July 3rd, and my NOA1 was 12/26/17. you should be close.

What is the difference between the new site and old site? Do you have the link?

https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

This is the new website. Thru my whole process this is the only website that updated or showed any updates. In my approval thread someone didn't know about the new site and checked it when I gave them the link, and found out they were approved also. This is the only site I am using for now. I think it is down for maitinence today until 8pm eastern time, but check it as soon as possible. Much better than the old one at the following address.

https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/displayLogon.do

This is the old website above.

We are still waiting also, i am not happy to say but it seems as if they have completely pushed our petitions over to the side. And moved on with people whom applied way after us.  We are at ropes end. Do anyone have any ideas on whats going on? Or what else can we do? You know i could understand if we would have received an rfe or something, but we haven't received anything. Nada... Accept they are still processing our petition and haven't came up with a decision yet. We paid hard earned money just like everyone else that got and answer, and moved on with theirs lives, and starting their future.  My heart is just broken in pieces.

We thought the same, that's not the case. If you are outside the normal processing times of 5-7 months then you have a duty to file a service request inquiry

https://egov.uscis.gov/e-Request/Intro.do they'll respond back in like 17 days with what the issue is. Most likely, it needs additional security checks for some vague generic reason.

Or you can contact your government congressman, they will have a case worker make a inquiry to the USCIS on your behalf. The service center will respond back in like 12 days.

We are in the same boat as you and others. No RFE, no complicated case, yet we're still waiting. My guess is the CSC is just backed up right now, but yes it sucks that people who filed in December are already getting approved
